Quality

Schneider Electric's collective Quality Challenge

Schneider Electric's collective Quality challenge is to improve and control the processes and to increase people’s commitment, attitude and competencies, in order to boost customer satisfaction and slash non quality. To help all our managers and Quality teams reach this goal, we have set up "on-line training modules"
The course has been designed for anyone who is involved in the quality system management. The course aims to enable personnel to understand the actual working of Schneider Electric's quality system without having to spend long periods on training away from the work place.
This training is not designed to turn you into a highly skilled Quality Manager but it will lay the foundation for a sound knowledge of the Schneider Electric requirements of quality management.
